Returns
We accept returns only for the following reasons:
Items that are defective or damaged.
Items that were sent incorrectly.
If you experience any issues with your order, please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately at izzyleoscloset@gmail.com. We’ll evaluate your situation and work to make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at izzyleoscloset@gmail.com.
